Week 11 pick-up:
- 1 lb. heirloom tomatoes
- 1 head of red-leaf lettuce
- 1 head of cabbage
- 1/4 lb.cucumbers
- 2 yellow onions
- 1/4 lb. patty pan squash
- bunch of cilantro
- 1 red pepper
- 2 stalks edamame
- 2 small hot peppers
- u-pick tomatillos
- u-pick sun gold cherry tomatoes
- u-pick herbs (parsley, sage)
Tonight's Dinner

This morning, I found an article that Michael Ruhlman wrote for Men's Journal. If you love tomatoes as much as I do and want to drool....I mean if you'd like some inspiration.... Check it out. I already want tomato and mayo on toast. Sometimes, simplicity is best when it comes to food. Article here

I wish it would hold 'cause I'd send you some....luckily, it's easy to make. Add in some ricotta salata and it's even better!
